Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your Woofio account and all data at any time. No waiting period, no dark patterns.

This action is permanent

Deleting your account removes all dog profiles, health records, weight logs, medication history, vet notes, photos, and notification settings. This cannot be undone. Export your data first if you want to keep a copy.

Option 1 — Delete via the app

iOS and Android
  1. 1Open the Woofio app on your phone.
  2. 2Tap the Profile tab in the bottom navigation.
  3. 3Scroll to the bottom and tap Account Settings.
  4. 4Tap Delete Account.
  5. 5Confirm by entering your email address when prompted.
  6. 6Your account will be permanently deleted within 30 days.

Option 2 — Delete via the website

  1. 1Sign in at woofio.app/login.
  2. 2Go to woofio.app/account.
  3. 3Scroll to the danger zone section.
  4. 4Tap Delete my account and confirm.

Option 3 — Email us

Can't access your account?

Email [email protected] from the address registered to your account. Include the subject line "Account deletion request". We will verify your identity and delete your account within 30 days.

What happens after deletion

  • Your account is deactivated immediately.
  • All personal data (name, email, dog records, photos) is permanently erased within 30 days.
  • Any active subscription is cancelled; no further charges will be made.
  • Anonymised, non-identifiable aggregate statistics (e.g. breed popularity counts) may be retained.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
