How do I add my dog?+

Open the Woofio app on your phone, tap the + button on the home screen, and follow the onboarding flow. You can add breed, date of birth, weight and a photo.

Why is my breed not showing up?+

We support 50+ breeds and add more regularly. If yours is missing, email us the breed name and we will prioritise adding it. Mixed breeds can be added manually.

How do I enable WhatsApp or Telegram reminders?+

Go to Account → Notifications in the app. For Telegram, tap "Connect Telegram" and follow the bot link. For WhatsApp, enter your number and verify.

Can I invite my partner to see our dog?+

Yes — Family plan subscribers can invite a household partner. Go to Account → Household → Invite partner.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

On iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Woofio → Cancel. On Android: Play Store → Subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

How do I delete my account and all my data?+

Visit our account deletion page or go to Account → Delete account in the app. All personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Is the health information on Woofio veterinary advice?+

No. Woofio provides planning estimates and reminders based on breed data. Always consult your vet for medical decisions.

Why does the weight chart look wrong for my dog?+

Weight ranges are broad planning estimates from breed averages. Individual dogs vary by build, sex, and neuter status. Use the ranges as a starting point and discuss specifics with your vet.
