Plain-language terms for using Woofio. The short version: be nice, don't abuse the service, and always see a vet for medical decisions.
By creating a Woofio account or using any part of the service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Woofio provides personalised health calendars, breed-based care guides, weight tracking, and reminders for dog owners. It is an informational planning tool, not a veterinary service. Nothing on Woofio constitutes veterinary advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your dog's health decisions.
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. One person may hold one free account. Sharing account access with household members is supported via the household invite feature.
The Free plan is available at no cost and includes core calendar, weight log, and vet finder for one dog.
Unlocks unlimited dogs, WhatsApp and Telegram reminders, medication tracking, and PDF export. Billed monthly. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Includes all Woofio+ features plus household partner invites and multi-dog scheduling. Billed monthly.
Subscriptions are non-refundable except where required by law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days.

You retain ownership of data you enter (dog records, notes, photos). By using Woofio you grant us a limited licence to store and process that data to provide the service. We do not use your dog's data to train AI models or share it with third parties beyond what is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend access briefly for maintenance and will provide reasonable notice where possible.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Woofio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to reliance on health information for veterinary decisions.
You may close your account at any time via the account deletion page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We will notify you by email at least 14 days before making material changes. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
